3-Axis Vertical Machining
With the addition of our Campro CPV-1050B milling center, our company now has the ability to perform 3-axis machining in-house.
With this tool at our Maine location, we have expanded our client offerings to fit the full ecosystem of metal fabrication needs. DSM is a one-stop-shop to ensure your projects get done the right way.
Our Machining Equipment
Campro CPV-1050B
- Constructed with high quality cast iron and heat treated to relieve stress thereby assuring maximum rigidity and accuracy.
- Box ways on 3 axes greatly increases stability and dampening.
- 10,000 RPM Big Plus Spindle provides added rigidity for high speed machining.
- 200 PSI coolant flow through the spindle for deep drilling and slotting.
- M&H Part Probe for precision in-process measuring.
- We use Oemeta HYCUT coolant which is a USDA certified bio based product to protect the environment.
